Our ideal candidate is familiar with commercial trucking, construction equipment and equipment financing and will be financing equipment deals per our multitude of funding sources.

The Account Executive is an inside sales role for high performing-sales minded individuals, who have thrived in a prior sales environment and have a strong desire to work in finance and account management. This position offers a hands-on training program involving: commercial trucking, equipment financing, leasing terms, deal structure, underwriting and credit guidelines. In this role, you will manage your own book of business by prospecting commercial equipment dealers and business owners all over the US, while educating them on TopMark’s financing options and garnering their business. You will manage the deal flow from origination through all the funded completion steps. This position requires heavy outbound phone calling as you will be expected to achieve production metrics quota achievement. Our Marketing department does offer support in lead generation and business prospecting.

The Credit Analyst is responsible for providing critical support in our Credit and Underwriting department by processing credit applications, pulling credit reports and evaluating credit reports based on TopMark Funding’s multiple funding sources and their underwriting guidelines. The position requires high level administrative, communication and analytical abilities and requires proven customer service in a busy office setting. The Credit Analyst will provide support to our credit department to review eligibility for our clients and will review credit reports in detail to identify potential credit risks that could lead to a possible denial. Being resourceful, this person needs to be able to identify which funding source best matches the transaction and will manage the presentation of the funding packet to the appropriate funding source.
